CARRY LESS STRESS,
LEAD WITH MORE CLARITY.
Are you a high performing leader carrying everything alone?
You are not struggling because you're not capable. You are struggling because you are carrying something most people around you will never fully understand. The decisions. The weight. The version of yourself you are quietly worried about. That's not a weakness. That's the cost of leading at this level.
That's exactly where Holly works and you don't have to carry it alone anymore.
THE REAL PROBLEM
It's not that you don't know what to do.
You've read the books. Hired good people. Built real things.
But some decisions don't live in a spreadsheet. Some problems don't respond to logic. And some weight doesn't lift no matter how disciplined you are.
That's not a strategy problem. That's a human one.
Your advisors, mentors, even your closest friends, they're good. Genuinely in your corner. But they're also too close to your life to see it clearly. That's where I'm different: I sit outside your day-to-day, which is exactly what makes this a safe place to actually look at what's going on.
Most coaches say “just perform better.”
Holly helps you understand & like yourself more, and that changes everything.
Holly Conway is an Executive Coach and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Not one or the other. Both.
That combination is rare on purpose. Because the gap between where you are and where you want to lead isn't usually about knowing more. It's about seeing yourself more clearly, under pressure, in conflict, in the moments that matter most.
Holly brings clinical depth into every coaching conversation. Which means she doesn't just help you perform better. She helps you understand what's actually driving you, so the decisions you make come from clarity, not exhaustion.
A little about Holly
Holly grew up in a small farm town in West Texas, where the path was already set: get the degree, get the steady job, build a life that looks right from the outside. She did all of it. She was good at it.
But underneath, she kept asking herself one question: Is this really all there is?
That question is what led her to become a Licensed Professional Counselor, trained at the University of Houston in real, honest, human-centered work. Over time, she went further, training as an executive coach under Marshall Goldsmith, one of the most respected names in leadership coaching, and earning certifications in emotional intelligence and personality assessment used by top organizations worldwide.
Today she brings both sides to every conversation: the depth of a therapist and the sharp, practical eye of an executive coach. Few people carry both.
Hello, I’m Holly Coneway, LPC, PCC.
A few things worth knowing before we talk.
-
Honestly, it depends, and that's the point.
Coaching alone can't always reach the patterns driving your decisions. Therapy alone doesn't always speak the language of performance and leadership.
I work at the intersection of the two, which means you get the depth of clinical work and the direction of executive coaching.
I will be there to help you choose the best option for your specific case. -
Most executive coaches come only from business background. I come from both business and psychological depth.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and an ICF certified coach, which means I can hold the strategic conversation and the deeply human one in the same session.
-
Most coaches will tell you to think more clearly about your business. That's valuable.
What I do differently is help you understand what's happening underneath the business, the patterns, the blind spots, the weight you've been quietly carrying alone. I bring a deeper lens into every conversation, which changes what's actually possible in the work.
-
Honest. relational. comprehensive.
And probably different from any coaching conversation you've had before.
I don't lead with vague frameworks or homework. I lead with questions that get underneath the surface quickly, because that's where the real work lives.
My clients often tell me the first session felt like finally being heard by someone who actually gets it.
It's a real conversation. One where nothing has to be managed or performed. -
Both.
I work with individual founders and executives in 1:1 engagements, and I also work with leadership teams through cohorts, workshops, and facilitated sessions.
The thread connecting all of it is the same - helping leaders understand themselves and each other more fully, so the team performs better from the inside out.If you're thinking about bringing this work into your organization, that's a conversation worth having.
-
Book a discovery call or Fill the form. That's it.
We'll spend about 15 minutes together , you share what's going on, I share how I work, and we figure out together whether this is the right fit. No preparation needed. Just show up as you are.
-
Nothing.
A discovery call is just a conversation. You tell me what you're navigating, I share how I work, and we both decide honestly whether it makes sense to go further.
There's no pitch at the end. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you that, and if I know someone better suited to what you need, I'll point you there instead.
Reaching out just means you're curious. That's enough to start.
